Animation Inline CT

Im Video wird das Funktionsprinzip der Inline Computertomographie skizziert. Der Computertomograph befindet sich in einem speziellen Strahlenschutzraum, um sichere Arbeitsbedingungen in der Umgebung garantieren zu können.

Industrielle Computertomographen, welche an geeigneter Stelle in den Produktionsprozess integriert sind, ermöglichen eine 100%tige Prüfung von Serienbauteilen. Gefügeuntersuchung und dimensionelles Messen geschehen dabei in einem Schritt. Je nach Bauteil (Abmessungen und Materialart) sowie Zielstellung können Taktzeiten von nur wenigen Sekunden realisiert werden. Unmittelbar nach dem Scanvorgang trifft die kundenspezifische Auswertesoftware in Abhängigkeit vom Prüfergebnis die Entscheidung, ob das Bauteil den Vorgaben entspricht oder nicht. Nach der Prüfung mittels CT setzt das Bauteil seinen Weg im Produktionsprozess entweder fort, scheidet aus oder nimmt einen Umweg über die Station Nacharbeit.

The video illustrates the operating principle of an "inline" computed tomography scanner. The CT scanner is located in a special shielding enclosure to ensure safe working conditions.
Industrial CT scanners integrated in the production process enable a 100 percent inspection of the manufactured parts. The detection of defects (e.g. porosity in casting parts) and the dimensional check of the part can take place simultaneously. Depending on the parts characteristics and the inspection task cycle times of only a few seconds can be achieved. Immediately after the inspection a specialized algorithm sorts out parts that don't fulfill the required quality standard (NIO parts) or redirects them to the reworking post.
