Gabrielle studied with Masters from many cultures and spiritual paths and that's why one sees similarities

you will dance and feel deep unity with the group other times you dance one on one and share love and compassion with a total stranger. sometimes we will go into the wilderness for a week and dance amongst the trees and mountains . You can learn so much about yourself - movement is life - & life is breath and rhythm.. 4 anyone.

Joyful. centered, freeing movement. What could be more delightful? It's not about showing off technique. But the ego wants to show off- or pull away. Gabrielle may not have created a new dance form, but she has created a particular format in which to free the spirit, building movement to a crescendo and down into stillness.
