Dam, Marvin Gaye was smooth.

No more rap-crap. Bring the sixties back!

Levi Staub was one of the nicest performer that ever lived along with Melvin of The Tempts.

the shindig house band was probably the only other group of musicians who could really give you a fairly solid interpretation of the Motown Sound. I love what they do with "Stop In The Name Of Love." Notice the footstomping throughout- it's like that was their nod to what Motown was using for percussion in some of their songs like "Where Did Our Love Go." this is such a great dramatic live performance by the Supremes!

@PatrickMcBride65 hey, when I first saw this a few years ago, I had to laugh too- not in a bad way, but it was a mix of surprise (yeah, HOW did they do that?) and just the fact that they were doing this groovy little dance in a row and suddenly disappeared! I love it!

there aint nothing better than Marvin's Can I get a Witness....this song just knocked me out in motown 45 years ago and still does!!
-
Look at Tina Turner @ 7:44 doing the Pony, she's so little, but still a fire cracker!!!

COOL! you can only hear florence and mary as they completely drown out diana as they scream at the top of there voices...: STOP! IN THE NAME OF LOVE. that is the way it should have always been.
No problem :). Also, although Martha and the Vandellas did do some backing vocals for Marvin Gaye, The Supremes and The Four Tops sang backing vocals on "Can I Get A Witness".
