Out of control turbine shuts down road

A runaway wind turbine has closed down Tehachapi Willow Springs Rd. From Highline to Cameron Canyon Rd.
California Highway Patrol made the decision based on safety. The road was closed down late Saturday night and all day Sunday.
Eyewitness News has learned that the turbine is owned by Western
