This is a speed run through X6, in its entirety, under the following restrictions: no armors, items, or weapons, no Z Sabre (except where absolutely necessary), no damage, on Xtreme difficulty, using X. No parts are equipped save one unavoidable exception which will be detailed when it transpires.

BTW, when dashing in the standing position, do you press down? Pressing down before dashing makes your dash to come more faster.

I know of this and try to do it sometimes during idle moments, but it's not second nature because I feel no need to abuse it during regular playthroughs, and during most of the insanity that comes of this challenge I'm never really thinking of it... so not really.
