  • and this is a cop? you know how?

  • the star in the middle of the plate the fact it says sheriff under the numbers and you could see the spot lights and the light bar in the back window.

  • got damn that cop loves his brake pedal!

  • why wouldn't he its not his car or brakes he is tearing up. if it were me i could have drove through a lot of that with out having to slam on the brakes went i drove in to the rear of the next guy in the line lay back and look for a better line through traffic. should be the first thing he learned in drivers training to drive aggressively. you get to close to the next guy in the lane and you have no place to go. just driving your self in to a box.

  • @jagk92 I agree with you. In snowy/icy conditions, depending upon the call, we don't run code because it only heightens the chance of an accident. This car was probably on the way to a call. This goober who took this video, like you said, needs to put the damn camera down and pay attention to the road, not this lame excuse to film an unmarked police officer's car.

  • Agree. I am going to trust somebody with extensive training on driving at excessive speeds while also doing numerous other things as well, such as being in radio contact, watching all peripherals, and still following a potential suspect than the average joe drivers! Good comment!

  • he wasn't following any one just flying down the road. the van that pulled out of the u-turn never saw him coming and if the timing would have been just a little different he wouldn't have had any were to go to avoid hitting the van full of people how is that safe at all.

the camera is mounted i don't interact with it at all well i am driving. just a 8 gig memory card and let it run.

as for my driving skill don't worry im probably a better driver then 95% of the people on the road today.

  • What would be the better way to follow some one? The law gives police the authority to go against the motor vehicle code in performance of their duties. Now there is a novel idea!! Let's have them turn their lights on so the person that they are trying to keep an eye on can see them! Police are trained to drive defensively as well as offensively....probably more training than you will ever see behind the wheel. Try putting the camera down and paying more attention to YOUR driving skills.

  • following some one or not doesn't matter there are better ways of doing it then blowing red lights on icy roads. it was about 20degs out at 8 or 9 at night if the van would have went out in to the 2nt lane out the cop would have not had the opening to avoid him. when he swerved you could hear the tires break lose and the motor rev for a sec from how fast he changed lanes

if you ask me the guy in the van was very lucky that he didn't get hit by him. there is a reason for the lights on cop cars
