The amp is run through a Palmer pdi-3 and than into a cab sim with a Redwires ir of a Marshall 4x12 with greenbacks and a sm57. Each pair of modules have the knobs and switches set almost the same to demo the inherent difference of the modules when compared to each other.
Bman is supposed to be a clone of a Bassman and can get really dirty if you want to. It also has the ability to be fatter but for this demo I set the bright switch to 2 to get a lot of that nice sparkle.
COD is Egnaters take on an early mesa and it really sings. It's so smooth and creamy and has a lot of midrange cut and less bass. It's impossible to make it buzzy or sizzely.
Eg3/4 is a Egnater original circuit and is a high gain module but very dark and smooth. Reminds me of the Bogner sound which also has this dark quality. It does have more low end if you want but now I tried to make it mimic the Bogner fish as used by Cantrell on Them Bones.
Erect is set almost exactly the same as the previous module but has de recto signature huge low end and aggressive high end. It kinda captures the style of Tabors mesa on Dogman but is not as scooped as I wanted to keep the EQ knobs set as the Eg3/4 to let you hear what each module sounds like.
The power section of the Mod50 has got a pair of Tung sol 6550s and the amp is biased kinda hot.
