  • Hey thanks for making this video. I play, but I want a beginner set for my son. How has it held up?

    Thanks again!

  • It's held up fine. No cracks in the stand, all the electronics still work fine. I have pounded on it quite a bit. Using it mainly to trigger MIDI events at the moment. For a beginner set, I highly reccommend it.

  • 2 things- u can plug in an guitar amp into this right?? and dus it come with a speaker or anything?

  • You can amp this to your delight! It has 1/4 outputs (L/mono and R), also Headphone and MIDI out.

  • Is the kit pressure sensative?

  • Yes it is. But there is a definite "sweet spot", probably where the trigger is located, in the center middle of the cymbals.

  • were did you get this kit?

  • does it have a MIDI out?

  • Hey look it's a rebadged Simmons SDK drum

  • Thanks but i wish you'd be quiet and play the damn kit so we could hear what it sounds like lol

  • I bought this model at a yard sale without any instructions..... Got it set up OK but I can't get the pads to sound right and the programmed songs to stop playing every time I strike a pad. Could you please help and maybe show a quick run through on the setup of pad sounds, just the basic drum sounds will be much appreciated Thanks trentr2022

  • @MannyKunV you can play using brush!! and you can use a piece of cloth for the bass drum!! so you can play without the loudness!! thats what i do!! but if you have your money you can just buy those edrums!!

  • Question: i have an actual drum set but am in an area where i cant be "loud" and as a drummer thats kind of hard to do.

i dont want to spend a lot of money for "another set" but would you recommend this electronic set for practice purpose rather then learning purpose?

  • anyone know what the switch on the Hi Hat controller pedal is for?

  • where can i get this is the uk?

  • what is the difference between this and osp dd-502?
