"Genius" is not what followed the Third Reich, rather what preceded it. Dr. Goebbels himdelf would have preferred not to have gone to war. I would certainly describe him as a genius because of how he inspired millions of people to follow his beliefs through his newspaper Der Angriff, through speeches, throguh propaganda. He was a brillaint propagandist. He said that it was an art, and he clearly was skilled in it. The resulrs of the war that you stated are proof of it.
