Differences would be rather than hun sao by itself they tend to do what he did here in the bil jee form that maybe a hun sao. They separate their feet differently for the forms also. And when it comes to fighting traditional focuses on blind side fighting more than classical.
This of course is all assuming that you do traditional and not classical WC.

@ sangatwon I am not sure what the differences are. I am training in the Wong Shun Leung/Philipp Bayer lineage and stuff are different there.

I think his biu jee is from classical WC. You're probably used to traditional.
I don't know 100% if his is classical but I did traditional and it was done with a thrusting motion not a "stretching" motion. I have seen people do it this way though, it's not uncommon, just another way. He stated in application it's done differently though so outside of the form he probably does everything how you're used to.
