  • Thanks. It's hard to do these drills correctly with heavy weight. I'm using 16kg here focusing on form / technique- and lastly speed of the movement.

  • didnt like the last one but the rest look like a good addition to some routines...could use a little more upper leg...for combat arms..lower back and legs are so key to carrying gear and staying mobile
