didnt like the last one but the rest look like a good addition to some routines...could use a little more upper leg...for combat arms..lower back and legs are so key to carrying gear and staying mobile

Thanks. It's hard to do these drills correctly with heavy weight. I'm using 16kg here focusing on form / technique- and lastly speed of the movement.
