We do also prepare very soft stewy khichdi with thick rice...I know it taste so delicious...keep enjoying!

looks GOOOOOOOOD! I like DHILLY khichdi though...where the rice grains are stuck together instead of separated, khichdi is one of those comfort foods that never get old, and now that it's getting colder and the leaves are turning beautiful colors....Fall and Winter are the best times to eat hot khichdi with chas and papdi!
