Startravel - (Stargate inspired opening theme)

I recently finished watching every episode of Stargate SG-1, and as the film music geek I am, I wanted to try writing my own opening theme for a Stargate series. This is the result. This is also my first orchestral composition.

What you see in the video is a screencapture of Sibelius playing through the music. Too bad it's all too small to see the details.

Ahhh yes, the good old days of composing with Sibelius. My first piece was done the same way. I guess you could say I upgraded though.

To be honest, it's pretty much a drag using EWQL with Sibelius. This particular pice was composed a while ago before I really knew how to use EWQL, that's why is sounds so smeary. I will export it again sometime with better settings etc.
