Man... thank you for this. You reminded me why I'll probably never play this game again.
The sewer scenes have to be up there with the classics (Ninja Gaiden, Battletoads, etc.) in difficulty.

I've come so close to beating this game in driving mode. The nearest I've got to it is seeing The Penguin's duck vehicle thing explode, but at the same time die myself because the flames in the water still register hits.

Awesome skills , Batman Returns was rock hard , I could never beat it myself .
If you haven't already try Cliffhanger onthe SEGA CD. John O Brien game engine is put to even better use in that

Now I'm REALLY confused. Are the driving and the platforming one and the same? How come each protion has their own ending?
