hatch the eggs at the Town of the Fisherman
put the birds that came out of them into the nest found in the tree at that level.
Feed them using the bird feed (don't know the exact name) found in the Pipe Area in a red chest (if you already have you give it to them automatically)
Then become small and go up to the nest (I assume you already have the item considering it's given to you as you start the event.)

to get the light cutting box get the ghost big to make you invisible then go to the guy ho collects snowfireflies well i'm not so sure that they were called like that..and as i was saying there you will find a door (that only a ghost can emter) and you will find the light cutting box

to get into taboo state get all the rare animals and give them to the guy ho collects them and you will get the taboo state..after that if you want to get the taboo fruit go to kujara ranch and water the little three with holy water

to get holy water....first go to ranch summit and you will find a big ice in a form of square and pull it into the hole and give it to the guy inside then go to water temple and there is a lever or a button however press it and go to the guy to you give the ice and he will give the girl that he make then go to water temple and place the ice girl on the lever or whatever

From the Town of the Fishermen to the Waterfalls, flip
all the seesaw barrels of the same color (there are 10), then the water
somewhere in the falls will drain, you'll acquire the golden fishhook there
and give it to the fisherman. u will obtain the mermaid scale.
