The dancing is perfectly fine.
The "Maestros" is a sarcastic comment I suspect . Rick has stepped on a few people's toes with his filming - and I suspect here is one such person...

Nice enough social tango but I think the description 'Maestro' is a little over-the-top. Actually, more than a little :-)

Maybe they are not dancing for pleasure of your eyes, but for their own pleasure? How about such a possiblity? And they do it with the music and a lot of grace. This is called "dancing" in opposite to "performing a dance".
