dude, listen to their music. do you hear the amount of work they take in cutting and pasting? why should they have to pay for something that they themselves have worked so hard on? they're trully brilliant, and unfortunately these copywrite laws have been holding them back for years.

Geez-------------bitter much? How about MH gets to live and you continue your
adulation of another member of the band. That way you don't come off as a world
class douche satchel. Besides, wouldn't you enjoy a "thumbs up" better?

What did Marky Mark and T.F.B. sample, and where can I hear it?
This interview was done during preparations for the Negativlandland art show at Creative Electric Studios in Minneapolis, MN in 2006. Interview by Minnesota Stories.

Hey there, thanks for posting that. I'll post it in my video comment. Someone posted it before but it accidentally got deleted :)

CC has thoughsands of samples. Most people pick option: "you can't use this in anything that makes money" so you cannot legally put out a $10 CD that has even a little cow bell even if you're a starving artist like myself. Or you have to credit people. How can you a sampler possibly keep track of thoughsands? How can you contact every single person to ask? Basically some of the CC people told me, "well I'm sure it's okay and no one will sue you realistically."

Some time ago I went to creative commons website and they didn't seem to have this license. I even posted on the forums and mentioned this video. No moderator knew what I was talking about.
