  • Jillian Michaels is a GODDESS. I have been exercising and eating healthy for about 6-7 months and I hit a hard rock where I stayed at the same weight. I started her workout and about 2 weeks later I went down about 2 lbs YAAAAY it's a really good workout. Hard but good she really makes you work. But you know what they say no pain no gain.

  • I SWEAR EVERY1 WHO IS WATCHING THIS , THIS RIGHT HERE WILL MAKE U LOOSE WEIGHT SO FAST IVE BEEN WATCHING WHT I AM EATING AND DOING THIS ALONE AND I DROPED 8 POUNDS IN 1 WEEK IF I CAN DO IT AND IM FREAKING LAZY AS HELL U CAN BUT U WILL GET TIRED AND CALL A QUIETS DNT LOOK 4 A PIC OF U THT U REALLY DNT IIKE UR BODY IN AND USE THT AND LIKE ME U WILL KEEP GOING !   • I couldn't finish this! It was so damn hard that i got dizzy.

  • I did this full 40 minute exercise once, it was the hardest most awesome exercsie I've eve done.

  • @RosesOfPeace1 there are many perfectly people who are skinnier than her, too. it's as simple as that. also being skinnier leaves me at less risk of getting type 2 diabetes, so it's worth it for me

  • PLEASE go to JILLIAN MICHAELS THE TRUTH  Yes I am her Sensei who trained her in my studio,full gym and nutrition classes when she ran away from home she lived with my Mother...This is the whole truth I swear it

  • @RosesOfPeace1 i'm not insulting her, she's clearly in good shape, I just would prefer for myself to be more slender, and less athletic looking. like miranda kerr, for example. and miranda kerr is pretty healthy so you can't diss her either. there's nothing wrong with wanting to be skinny, as long as you go about it in a healthy way. some people like having extra weight and as long as they're still healthy nothing's wrong. but what bothers me is when obesity and unhealthy diets are praised
