I dunno, tons of times Ive seen it subtitled as "Pain" Even in my Japanese DVDs its subbed as that. If it translated to Death or The English dub enlisted it as that I wouldn't be aware, was merely naming it what Datebayo subbed it as, and what my DVDs put it as too. And basically everyone who ever talks about that scene calls it "Pain" as well. Your the first person Ive ever met who says otherwise.
