Recent turbulence in the corporate world has led many to question whether corporate governance exists and how to improve on existing polices. The discussion will focus on those issues at the macro and micro level of an organization, as well as the regulation and oversight by the SEC and other regulatory bodies. Additional topics will include the need to institute corporate governance policies in the not-for-profit and private sectors. The event was hosted by Professor Angela Crossin (Business Law) and Professor Michael Palanski (Ethical Leadership).
