Shah was bad but he was lesser than two evils. Iran would have been a great country under him. Most Iranians told me life was better under Shah than the current Iran.

At least Clinton apologized for the CIA role in overthrowing a democratically-elected Iranian government in 1953 so where the apology from Islamic Iranian students committed the act of war after seizing a U.S. embassy in Tehran?
