It's strange that the law (apparently) says (according to the vid I recommended) civilians observers are allowed, but only at the election-day, not at days they are already voting by absentee ballots etc. Weird.
Then again, they did say media is allowed so perhaps Election Journal could try THAT route.

The vid would be better if longer, this could use better editing & e.g. the letter that says he's an observer. Don't take me wrong, the shenaningans that are going on are deplorable, but this vid ónly has an eyewitness account at best.

Did that old guy make himself a poll observer and decide to camp out at a polling location? Election officials have enough to deal with as it is than to keep a watch on potential trouble maker like this guy.
