I have so many products and stuff but it almost seems like way too much to be doing. I tried the aloe juice but I did not like the taste

I can def understand what you mean..I keep it simple with my hair I'm not a product junkie..i would rather put good things in my body for my hair then to put a lot of diff things o my hair. The aloe juice does have a very distinct taste, but i mask it in fruit & veg juices. I know it's good for me so i just drink it down. :)

Great information!!! So glad I ran across your channel. I really need to put more effort into paying attention to what I put in my body and how it affects my hair. As you said I'd rather put good things in my body than be a product junkie (which I am now :) ) because the long term effects will benefit me more from the inside out.
