Very nice! I got the idea from your video and made one myself. Except the botom. Everytime i tryied to make a botom like your the tree just fell down. Check my tree stand :)

@trainingyourparrot I get how it may look like that - but no. It is a wooden platform and the other pieces of wood you see are just supports for the branch.

I'm wanting to make a tree for my darling gold cap. I know you can only use certain trees. What kind did you use?

@highplaces100 This was made from the bottlebrush tree we have in our back yard. It can also be made from java wood - though way more expensive.
