Tessa had a beautiful Soprano voice and will be greatly missed, however Filia, the main Soprano voice on this recording is Janet Coxwell. Tessa Bonner sings one of the echo parts.

Tessa Bonner passed away on 31 December 2008, RIP. A terrible loss to the performance and promotion of early music, it's some consolation that she made so many recordings which we can continue to enjoy for many years to come.

Yeah it´s a shame, I was looking for a while to find out who sung this piece and when I found out I also found out she had died

Thanks for the download. Amazing and very touching piece of Carissimi and Good voice, sorry for the lost. ( a bit ashame though for the non Italian pronunciation).
