  • it depends on where you compete and what level u can compete. depending on da rules you follow thats da number of steps you can take

    You can have as many steps as you want.

    This is disappointing.

    Learn the rules of your own sport. All of you.

  • Watch videos of Dmitry Sautin, he uses a five-step.

  • You can have 5 steps.  I use five steps (although I changed to 4 today) and yeah Greg Louganis used 5. Most people do 4 but 5 is definitely allowed.

  • okay this is terrible! your hurdle is a flamingo hurdle and you can only have three or four steps...
