Ghost caught on tape PLEASE HELP THANK YOU

What I seen was a rising mist followed by a faint sound .MAYBE WHAT YOU SAY CAN HELP OTHERS LIKE ME. i THINK IF YOUR LOOKING FOR MORE VIDEOS SIMILAR TO MY OWN TYPE IN SHADOW PEOPLE I SEEM NOT TO BE THE ONLY ONE.
IF I LEARN ANYTHING NEW I WILL SEND IN A BULLETIN PLEASE ADD ME THANK YOU. Lately it has been seen again in my hallways streaking shadows and smells change and lights flicker followed by a chill in the air. A few weeks before this video was made these real things was going on.At the end of this video I felt a heavy fear over me but I was so sleepy I put this up to show someone who knows what this is and why did I twitch like that I caught this while feeling sleepy so if I did it would been seen on tape if it was to show while I was sleeping.There are a few ways to contact me I posted my email I am serious about this sleep disorder i developed waking up in other rooms and feeling weak sometimes I would have to fight off sleep. The sounds in the hallways get louder.At the end of this video something takes me over and i get lost in it that was the first time i caught it on camera effecting me.

Look up Silvia Browne she use to do psychic readings on Montel Williams show, I grew up seeing and feeling all the things you described and NO ONE had real answers for my questions. you need to consult a pastor and have them bless your house with holy annointing oil, open all the doors and windows and annoint every door way and window seal, and pray and command them in the name of jesus christ to leave. Also christian worship music will torture any demonic spirit, read the holy bible out loud, get plugged in with a good bible based church and get grounded in the word of god. All hauntings are demonic by whats called familiar spirits it is in no way human. God bless you bro

Take a look at the history of the location. It could help you put a name to the entity. But tell it that this is YOUR home. That it is time for the entity to move on. Talking to it can help, I used to work in a store that a few spirits and all I had to do from time to time is tell them to leave me alone, that I was trying to work. Also a sage smudging couldn't hurt. When you do a sage smudging concentrate on purification of your home.
