  • @LilDmWearingBiatch “If that (austerity) happens I think it is likely that the economic downturn will last far longer and human suffering will be all the greater… If the UK, Germany or other countries do it, then it is going to have systemic consequences for Europe and the whole world”

  • gotta love Boris. voted Lib Dem myself. anyone who thinks labour understand the "needs of the average working man" i advise to watch "tower block of commons" very informative. ill be happy with conservative/lib cooperation as i like the policies of both parties. eitehr way Boris rocks my socks

  • On a purly entertainment point of view good ole Boris is a riot and keeps me laughing over and over and it never it gets old. One more thing Pax is the perfect foil for Boris. This is good stuff to watch from the Mother Land and God Save the Queen.

  • @MarineBlue1981 oh and don't be fooled by the BNP. They say all the right things but their policies go beyond the public interest and into blatant racism and anti-Semitism. Have a look at the events leading up to the rise of Hitler and you can almost see it happening again. Be warned....

  • Big business is vital for economy. Labour give it all away to the bone idle and lose it through the EU who force our hand over trading, mass immigration and asylum spongers. Tory's have to face the harsh realities that Brown won't deal with and they will upset a lot of people just like Thatcher did. People are frightened of firm decisions that get results. Proportional representation will just give the lazy masses and a million immigrants more power. GO DAVID!!

  • @Dabby2

Big business pay little peoples wages. I am just worried about the amount of people wanting to vote BNP. Please read your history books people.

  • @herringfly i agree completely with you...there are too many immigrants and not enough being done about them, i was reading up the BNP's immigration policies and they are so good. thats exactly what we need.

  • @Meretsen Because it makes Paxman look like a superior, better interviewer that can hold any politican to account. It's good for ITV and makes people tune in. He does things like that to make it seem like they haven't answered the question and thus Paxman asserts his dominance, and because of the strange electedpoliticianophobia in the uk, almost all politicians are bad and must be held to account.

  • The Lib Dems will offer an alternative: amnesty for illegal immigrants already in Britain and an open door to any other sponger that wants to drop off the back of a lorry in Dover and live of our tax payers.

Why? The same reason Labour has done it - open the door, naturalise them and they eventually become your voters. A decades-old, flawed tactic dreamt up by Soviet Marxists.

Want to make a protest vote that has teeth? Vote BNP and send a sobering message to the mainstream parties.
