I would've booed the cop, not for being brutal, but for having horrible technique on that rear naked. If someone's resisting arrest, have a little fun and put your training to use!

The prick wouldn't submit to detention or arrest. Obviously a cop hater uploaded this video in hopes a rodney king style riot would occur. Actually, I would have tried to help the officer if he started to get his ass wooped. Where's the rest of the video dude? Must have ended good for the cop!
