I just bought the DVD from Amazon..I've watched it 4 times already. And although I am a hip hop / r&b head, it was good to watch a film with a black cast, minus the usual hip hop / r&b soundtracks..And it didn't shy away from the subject..There wasn't exactly a happy ending..It was just an ending.

Nice I love the one long continuous take as they're walking and talking. The handheld also give it a nice gritty organic feel. And I love the extreme desaturation, it's like crazy bleach bypassed.

Correction: It wasn't Lil Kim's "Get Money"; it was Junior Mafia's "Get Money." Lil Kim was part of Junior Mafia and appeared on the track. *shrug* Jus' sayin.
