Ten litres of water isnt much. You could easily save that in a day just by cutting about a minute off your shower or turning the garden hose off 30-seconds sooner.
But if everyone in Canberra and Queanbeyan saved an extra ten litres of water a day, it would mean a saving of nearly 1.4 billion litres a year. Thats more than a third of what of the Cotter Dam can currently hold.
