As a parent I can say that I don't like the way a actress/singer that has little girls looking up to her acts, but ultimately it's the PARENTS responsibility to control what their children do.

actually im 18 and i don't dance like that. and 2nd, shes doing it infront of thousands of 5 and 6 year olds who want to be just like her. Its not good when a 5 year old is in public wearing booty shorts. :/
