@kNIGHTWING01 but that's because it was a loose adapt of the original first book of the poem and they couldn't rewrite the whole plot without trying to anger the descendants of Dante Alhageari himself

This game would have been some much cooler if it just had the action levels. (I always hated the Sims games ; )! )

Many American companies do that, its still as bad in the early 90s as it is today. Something about Christian themes bugs some folks. I don't think that this game was sac religious or anything. It was one of the few games to have God Vs t Satan. The ending to the game, where civilization gets more modern and forgets God exists is no different then today. I think that part of the game is what angered a lot of US censors. But Dante's Inferno plot is still very much in tact too.
