My grandfather, Henk Martijn, was a profesional jazz musician and owned this beautiful Selmer Mark 6 from 1956 with serial Nr 62884. It was made in Paris.
It hasn't been played on since my grandfather passed away in 1989 but still sounds great, as James Carter proved backstage @ Jazz Middelheim August 14th 2010.
We ended the evening listening to Toots Thielemans
