  • hey man whats a good way to add strength to the bottom parts of deads, bench and squat. Instead of the lock out portion?

  • Deads you can stand on a 8 inch box to increase the range of motion. For bench inertia bench works the best. Start with the bar about 3-6" off your chest. Sometimes speed bench helps the bottom too. For squat inertia squat where you start at 90 degrees. If you go to our homepage you can find all of these lifts.
