i'm already lost because the value of R doesnt make sense. If it has the value of 8, then y ou add the other value of 9, and 9 + 8 = 17, not 18. How did the value of 18 come across?

This is phenominal beyound measure I was wondering did it relate to the polygraph or the ouigi board and could bad spiritual consequences could result from it. it seems more scientific than anything and relationg to vibrations in spectrum but it was always said that the practice of the ougi board was communicating with spirits?
