This totally sucks. At least Buell made the only American Bike to win the AMA championship after the dirt split. Goodbye American bikes in the AMA.

The Harley exec who decided to cut the Buell line may live to see a large strategic error he committed; Baby boomers like Harleys, but they are entering their golden years, Generation X, Generation Y etc. like motorcycles like Buell so in a dozen years or so either Harley is going to have to change and go back to making something comparable to Buell or HD is going to go out of business.

This is so sad....I also work for a big european two wheeler company and I perfectly know what it means.

Even if my factory produces a different kind of bikes I've always loved Buell and HD.

It's so touching to feel the passion, the dignity and the great effort behind these sad words.

Obviously you wise-ass douchebags have never ridden, or owned one of these bikes. I love these comments from people who have heard one thing from a completely unreliable source and throw every bike they made into that assumption. Wake up, live a little, expand your horizons, there is more to riding than a whiny little 600cc inline Japanese bike, Be proud of American innovation, ride a Buell, cause it ain't gonna stop here, it only gets better.

yea....buell stuck out all right....like a zit on your nose....what junk they are....no wonder they arent making them any more....sport bike....pleez.....the japs got this market corned and for good reason...they are the best bikes!
