What the ???? I didn't here a answer out of him on the customers questions. Lol just kept smiling, all the way to the bank lol.

The unit jus had a noisy compressor. It's an Amana (go figure) We replaced the unit in whole and everyone is happy. This clip is jus a short clip of many things that were checked. The sales rep. was filmimg on a cell phone so it sounds noisy x 1000 more than it was.

Sounds to me that condensor fan motor bearings should of been checked. But that requires more work. You know what makes a loud noise the frikkn I.P.R. vale inside the compressor. Especially condensor fan motor is overheating and cutting out.
