http://www.redlettermedia.com - Here is part 3 of my review/critique/anal-sis or Star Wars: Episode 2 Attack of the Clones. Almost this entire sequence deals with the speeder chase sequence where the logic behind everything in the sequence makes absolutely no sense at all and is only there so they could have a speeder chase sequence. This is a reoccurring theme in the SW prequels.

  • Come for the review, stay for the sadism!

  • the prequals are supieror to the originals.............only joking they're shit lol

You finish by implying that anyone who disagrees with you is just a hater, and therefore not worthy of even consideration, as their views are based completely on irrational emotions, as such they ought to be invalid by default.

To quote Harry S. Plinkett: "Fuck you!"

  • @ghosterdude Confused Matthew did a reply to Lucas' "haters gonna hate stance". It might be on Youtube. "Random Rant George Lucas", or something like that. It's pretty insightful and accurate to how George Lucas handles criticism.

  • @ghosterdude It was pretty strongly implied by the dialogue that it was the first night, hence all the small talk about "Padme barely noticed me."

Also, it doesnt matter if the window's bullet proof if a laser can cut through it, and are that probe's cutting lasers any different than a sniper laser would be? or, as Plinkett said, what if the probe cut the hole in the window, then fired a laser itself?

And she didn't care about stealth, we just watched her bomb a ship.

5)No, he doesn't assume anything. He POINTS OUT that that whole part of the movie is stupid and illogical. Then he explains, in detail, why. And you fucking fail to even TRY to grasp it. Instead you make up some points without thinking them through and pat yourself on the back convinced of your intellectual superiority over people capable of seeing flaws in a really fucking bad movie.

4)Whaaaaaaaat? He hired her so he could kill her for no reason? 'Cause if he wanted to, he could easily pretend to fumble the mission himself and purposefully leave clues that would lead jedi to Camino. I mean why not? He let himself be seen anyway, so exactly would it change? I mean other than leaving a completely fucking pointless scene out of the movie.

  • @ghosterdude

2)It was not a big stakeout because there is nothing in the movie to support that claim. Do you think this has been going on for like a month, and only then did Obi-Wan notice something's off and discovered by talking to Anakin that they're usng her as bait? WTF?! If you have to make shit up to try (and still fail) to make sense of a scene, that means the scene is shit.

1)Try to jump through a bulletproof window. Then try to jump through a bulletproof window that has not been broken, but has a small hole that's been made in it with a laser. See what happens.

1.5)The probe sure could shoot Padme easily. It could have dropped a fucking grenade in. But nope. Instead she uses some retarded fucking worms.
