The #1 Personal Trainer in La Jolla gives his take on the TRX 40/40 challenge! This challenge is a lot harder than it looks. My whole body felt worked over after incorporating the TRX atomic pushup/ low row combo at a 40/40 rep scheme.

The TRX is a Universal piece of equipment. Its handy and this "gym in a bag" is great from the Joe's to the Pro's. It can also be utilized in a group such as.... Boot Camp. Tie this gadget to a tree and you can create a kick butt outdoor workout.
