At two years old, Samira will not be able to understand why her mother cannot just turn... the lights back on, for the rest of her life. The best doctors available to her in Russia have determined that to keep the cancer in her eyes from killing her,

since they have invitation from Vision Center/Ophthalmology Department at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (invitation letter attached) and they don’t have intention to stay in US.

Mother of the child just wants save her eyes! Please, revue you decision and let them have visa for child to be evaluated and treated. Or at least give visa to child’s grandfather Danir Mingaliev, for he can bring child in US for treatment. He already been in US before, and don’t have intention to stay in US.

Hello, my name is Leysan Moore, I am proud US citizen. I trying to help save life and eyes of little 2 years old girl - Samira Mingalieva. She have very rare case of cancer, which can be treated only by medical team of Dr. Jonathan Kim, retinoblastoma specialist at Vision Center/Ophthalmology Department at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

On April 30st her mother Aisu Mingalieva had interview in U.S. Embassy in Moscow, which end up they been denied in medical visa. It is must be mistake,
