Triple and Quadruple Fulls

Almost all of the quads I competed this season, and two triples at the beginning. Some of the quads are much better than others (the second one I fell on and the third one was very short) but the last two are probably my best from this year....

Triples are spot on. Quads are more like 3.5+.5 skid, but even that's impressive.

Thanks for the comment.... Check out some of my other vids, I have a few better quads on the floor and much better ones on a tumble trak/ trampoline (where it is tons easier to get around)....

Triple and quad fulls look as if you take off and twist right off the ground how do you hit that layout position and twist vetically with such an early twist? Is a quad possible without the aid of apparatus?

the triples are gorgeous...but the quads...sometimes I think if you gain more height and THEN twist you could really stick the landing and complete the full 4 rotations instead of sort of doing 3.5 rotations and finishing on the floor as others have said. Not that it's not a crazy difficult thing, quads...but if you push higher on the layout you may have more time to rotate seeing as how you rotate REALLY fast, which is way cool.
