On at least 4 different occasions, I have had this Highway Patrol Escourt go by me coming home from Corona, Ca. to Anaheim, Ca. very late at night or very early in the morning. This vid was taken at the corner of State College and Ball Road in Anaheim, Ca. on Wed, 11/2/2011, at approx 12:53 AM. The escourt was travelling North on State College and they turned east on Ball Road heading for the 57 Frwy where they procede North on the 57 and then they go east on the 91Frwy. They don't allow cars to sit at stop lights where they are turning and they block ramps on freeways when they pass by. I am sure I will see them again (unless I disappear after posting this video) so I will try to get a closer, clearer video of the container they are escorting. They always have several Highway Patrol vehicles and multiple, various support vehicles. There are no identifying signs or marks that I have noticed on the container.
I gotta admit...I like the comment, "They finally captured Chuck Norris" best of all...

@ShOwStOpp3rr They don't transport nuclear waist like that. The containers looks different, are on flatbed trucks not saddle hung from joist where the container's bottom could bottom out and they avoid populated places at all costs. The convoy is similar tho.

@lizannski Sorry, that's the most likely explanation and that's how it's done, late at night. Tow trucks are to clear the road, usually near corners if someone parked in the way for a wide turn, the Bucket lift truck is used to raise low wires or remove low traffic lights & signs, Hazmat is needed by regulation because the Transformer fluid is toxic if spilled from a accident, like bottoming out.

well my homeland security teacher this semester said we would recognize these when we seen them...yep, that's a homeland security transport....each one has about 24 feds or so in the escort. I think it looks like some metal bunker of some sort...like something that would be buried in the ground...

with their own tow trucks, hazmat trucks and a speciality built semi trailer, security support vehicles? nope , not a transformer .. not in the middle of the night. wth.
