Macbook Pro Weird Noise

For a few days now, my Macbook Pro has been making a sound I've never heard before in my life. I recommend you watch the last 20 seconds. It's not the hard drive. I sent it once to apple, they said they fixed it. But the noise came back.

There's probably something caught in it somewhere. Poor computer. I have a soft spot for computers. :'( Don't let it die.

The fan could also be grinding.

That's a CPU fan, it's clogged, I have had much experience with this, If you open the computer the small fan near that vent should have something clogging it if not it needs to be replaced. I would do it myself don't take it in, don't run the computer too long it will overheat, hope this helps.
