Flay Spirit Forge and backtracking for secrets

Yeah, lots of mistakes this time. As you can tell, I haven't played this game in a while.

Secrets are:
-Flay Spirit Forge
-Flay card beside the mausoleum
-Blood refill after jumping the fence
-Building with teleporter
-Red glow at the bar (Can someone tell me why a tavern has a teleporter?!?)

by the way, im sure you know this already but most spirit forges have a 'back entrance' just like the one in the tavern took you to the flay spirit forge.

If you send a human to the spirit forge in your place (With conrol mind) you get 99 of the featured item!
