You also have to realize that more men than women go to his church and that most of those men are twenty somethings that need the truth yelled at them.

The preaching of men like Martyn Lloyd-Jones and Sinclair Ferguson is what is needed today. They never had to yell. Pretending that your context demands this kind of thing is just a cover for a lack of words and wisdom.

Saskatoonsafteyguy- Are you saying that what is spoken in this video by Driscoll is wrong, or are you just against Driscoll? If you are merely against Driscoll, then fine, but if you are against the message that is being portrayed then there is a serious problem. For the Cross of Christ is the center of the Christian faith, if it is not preached then there is no point to Christianity.

Go to Mars Hill Church's website, and find the sermon series "The Cross of Christ" and it is the first of the series.
