Tom Hinkle, 49, of Matthews, went to be with Christ Sunday evening, August 19, 2007.
Most people hear the message of Christ and either accept it or walk away. Tom heard it, debated it, kicked the tires, kicked up a fuss, but he kept coming back. After years, he finally brought Christ into his heart.
It was only then that Christ allowed him to come home.
