This entire documentary is retarded. Why does Apple have to keep track of your stuff? It's your own fault if you were careless enough to not secure your own personal property. When you buy a product, you assume responsibility for it unless is a repairable or replaceable defect in workmanship covered under the hardware warranty. You're all idiots.

They cant give out info willie nilly, because of the liability attached to the information given out
if it was clearly set in their terms of service, that they are allowed to track there ipods, then i think they might (for a fee of course)
