It's a wrap for the 62nd Annual Emmy Awards, and it was a big night for ''Mad Men'' and ''Modern Family.'' AMC's ''Mad Men'' took home the Emmy for Best Drama Series - for the third consecutive year. The ABC sitcom ''Modern Family'' won the Emmy for Best Comedy Series, beating out another rookie comedy, ''Glee.''

First time Emmy host Jimmy Fallon opened the show in grand fashion, in an opening number that included Tina Fey, several ''Glee'' cast members, Jon Hamm, Joel McHale, Jorge Garcia and - Kate Gosselin. Fallon and his own personal glee club belted out Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run" as they took the stage to start the ceremonies. Fallon also gave a nice sendoff to several drama shows that went off the air in 2010, including ''24,'' ''Lost'' and ''Law & Order.''

In the acting categories, Bryan Cranston took home the Emmy golden statue for Best Lead Actor in a Drama for his role in ''Breaking Bad'' and Kyra Sedgwick won Best Actress in a Drama for ''The Closer.'' Edie Falco was a winner for Best Actress in a comedy for ''Nurse Jackie,'' while Jim Parsons won Best Actor in a Comedy for ''The Big Bang Theory.'' Al Pacino was also a winner at this year's Emmys - he won Best Actor in a Miniseries or Movie for his portrayal of Dr. Jack Kevorkian in HBO's ''You Don't Know Jack.''

Jane Lynch took home her first Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy for her role on ''Glee,'' and Eric Stonestreet was a first-time winner for ''Modern Family.'' Aaron Paul took home his first Emmy statuette for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama for ''Breaking Bad'' and Archie Panjabi was also a first-time winner, taking home an Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama for ''The Good Wife.''

Bravo's ''Top Chef'' was the winner of Best Reality TV competition, beating out CBS' ''The Amazing Race,'' which had won the award seven years in a row. ''The Daily Show with Jon Stewart'' won its eighth consecutive Emmy for Best Variety, Music or Comedy Series.

Actor and social activist George Clooney was honored at the Emmys this year with the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award.

Despite having 19 nominations, FOX's hit ''Glee'' won only two major awards - in addition to Jane Lynch's win, ''Glee'' creator-producer Ryan Murphy took home an Emmy for comedy directing for the ''Glee'' pilot.
