Ok, I thought it was time for another "How I colour" video... this time it's water colours ^^

I put this into "entertainment" since I doubt that anyone will learn something from this, since I had to left out so many things (the whole picture took me somewhat about 8-10 hours)

The music is "Wannabe" by Zebrahead and "Simple Design" by Breaking Benjamin

  • I've been wanting to start painting in water colour, what type of sketch book or paper should I use?

  • it should be really thick/heavy (not sure how you say it in English), water colour paper usually has about 200g/m² (mine had 220). For beginners it's easier to take one without pattern (at least that's my experience) =)

  • THIS IS AWESOME.

What did you use to cover up the fore ground as you painted the background?

  • It's something to mask the areas you don't want to get coloured... in German it's called "Masking fluid" (this is a translation, of course xD), I heard an English expression as "Liquid frisket" =)

  • GRAAAHHH!!! HANDMADE TILL THE LAST DROP?! When I saw the picture at dA, I was like, that's cool, then I saw the video and now I'm like THATS FUCKING AWESOME Ò__Ò

  • yes, till the last drop. When I started drawing the score, my sister was like "ARE YOU F*ING CRAZY???"

    Thank you so much ^_^

  • whoa! this video have too much to learn of it thx

  • Holy fuck!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the most amazing thing I have ever seen in my 16-year-old life.

The piano score part... I'm in awe.

I can't believe you did all that for me, and this picture could not be any more perfect.

If I didn't see this video, I would never be able to imagine how on EARTH you were able to do this.

You are too amazing for words.

  • @Alayses hehe I bet
